  • We are accepting applications for Owner Operators and/or Companies willing to run under STAAR Trucking authority.

  • All trucks signed on with STAAR are inspected by our maintenance team and are required to pass inspection.

  • All trucks are required to have a GPS & forward facing camera installed.

  • Paying 80%. 

Do YOU have what it takes?

Driver minimum requirements:

  • a minimum of 23 years old

  • has at least 2 years verifiable CDL-A experience

  • holds safety with the utmost regard

  • has a clean driving record 

  • can pass a DOT drug and alcohol test

  • is a team player

  • is reliable

  • is professional

  • Safe land training is a plus, but not required

*GPS & Camera, Liability/ Cargo insurance, trailer rental (if applicable), and factoring fees will be deducted from the bi-weekly pay. Average est. cost is  $140/ pay plus 2.5% factoring fee and trailer rental fees.

** O/O with their own authority will be required to put their authority on hold and run under STAAR Trucking authority.
